Reality: A small fraction of people who can benefit from data actually use it. This is especially true for the world of web analytics. I realize as we swim around our fish bowl this seems hard to believe. :) But it is very true. Sure one problem is that many Fortune xxx companies don’t even have a web analytics solution or, worse, are paying z millions for it and using it to report page views. Either little or quite sub optimal use. And that’s a shame because you can get a lot lot lot more from the web analytics tool.…
