Het zijn een hoop metrics die resulteren in een cijfer waarbij je niet meer weet wat er nu echt is gebeurt en door welke metric dit is gekomen.Je kunt dan beter in gesprek gaan en achterhalen welke metrics belangrijk zijn in de formule en die goed monitoren en neerzetten. Gebruik je ze wel neem ze dan van tijd tot tijd onder loep en evalueer of dit nog past bij de dan geldende situatie. Ik denk dat een aantal combinatie van metrics prima kunnen werken alleen moet je ze wel visualiseren.
